The waters in the region are at a temperature of approximately 44°C and, according to the data of the Kızılcahamam District Governorate, are in the class of "healing mineral water" containing sodium, bicarbonate, chloride, and fluoride. It is known that Kızılcahamam hot springs are good for rheumatic diseases, muscle pains, skin problems (fungus, dandruff, etc.), and chronic throat ailments.
